People are asking me about DIRECT GAME

On the 30/30 forum, a month 9 student who goes by Legato asked me about direct game. Have a read through our discussion about it.

You mentioned it briefly in the audio CD's and in writings I believe but they were surface level answers such as... Gives away too much validation or I suppose if she expects what is going to happen you could compare it to watching a movie where you know what is going to happen.

I know tons of students are in love with the idea of direct game. The come to workshop and try it. I am open minded and I observe it. It flops every time.

When I say "flops" I mean sometimes it gets a blowout and the girl looks like "ow wow, this is making me uncomfortable to get an unwarranted compliment out of nowhere from a needy guy" and sometimes the girl gets a big smile, her ego goes to cloud nine, then she does the "politely give this guy a chance" thing for a couple of minutes, then she decides to leave because it's boring and there's no challenge.

I always give the student like 5 tries cause i dont want to piss on anyone's parade. After they flop 5 times I give them one of the openers from my Instant Attraction book (check it out here- http://bradp.com/instant-attraction) and it works way better. The girls start talking to them, show attraction, and they get better results.

I'm not against the idea of direct game, or the theory, or anything else. I'm not trying to bash anyone or start any politcal arguments. I'm open to anything that works. I'm just telling you what I observed and why I don't recommend it. It's been proven to me over and over that it does'nt work nearly as well as Instant Attraction openers. I just want people to use the stuff that has been proven to get guys laid.

I have seen direct work for super good looking guys who are students, and I have seen it work for coaches, like Glenn and Scotty Flamingo. I figure Glenn and Scotty could probably make anything work. Glenn could probably walk up and do a loud fart and the girls would be all over him, because every part of his game is awesome. So i guess direct game works fine when you are super awesome and the girls is already attracted....because anything could work then.

Most students are not super good looking or already having tight game. So i dont think direct is that useful for most people.

Lastly, I'm a bit suspicious of the way direct game is being sold to people. Men are in love with the idea of going direct, even though it has proven to be ineffective. I think this is laziness and small comfort zone. They want to continue to cling to old fashion BS dating advice like "just tell her you like her and ask her out. Be confident," the kind of stuff your grandma tells you. I am completely against that kind of stuff.

The Instant Attraction openers do more than open, they teach you a mindset that will get you laid. Direct openers do not teach this, they let you stay your old chumpy self a lot longer.

There's lot's of dating material out there that caters to people's small comfort zones by giving them nice-guy stuff or direct. The guys who learn this stuff tend to become approach-artists. That's a guy who can open pretty well but never gets laid. They never learn the mindset of a guy who is dominant. They stay a pussy forever, because the material allows them to stay a pussy.

There's this one workshop company, for example,that teaches what basically amounts to nice-guy behavior. They've sent tons of their coaches to my workshops, and these guys can't get laid or get attraction. If their coaches can't get attraction, what's going to happen to their students? However, their material still sells a lot, and is very popular with guys who want to learn seduction but don't want to make a change and become dominant. Not trying to trash talk, i do like those guys as people, they are very nice guys. But just wanted to give you an example of how sometimes people sell shit that doesn't work to guys with small comfort zones, and it gets the students nowhere. They even have this motto "make girls smile" which doesn't really get anyone laid. That's why around here, our motto is "blow me or blow me out."

For guys who do like to be more direct (or guys who feel they may come of with high enough value from the gate), the "high value" openers in the IA book are much better than going up to girls and calling them beautiful or whatever.

No prob. Im glad to share what I know and what I've observed. The % of success is just really really low with stuff like "you're so pretty, i just had to come say hi or I would never forgive myself." I've seen it many times, the rate of girls getting attracted to a student who is using something like that seems to be below 10%. I wish things were different and I could tell you it worked.

Openers from the Instant Attraction book have a way way higher rate of getting attraction. I love them because they can even work for newbies and guys who are completely socially retarded. In terms of what I prefer to teach, I really prefer stuff that works for newbs and guys who don't have any clue what they're doing. That's where we all start from, and openers from the Instant Attraction book give the students some attraction, a nice confidence boost, and teach a ballsy mindset.

Rajin, (and anyone else who wants to repost this) YES sure you can repost it.

PS ask Ray PUAHAHA about this. He did direct game for a few thousand sets, over the course of a year and a half. He did not get laid once using it. NOT FUCKING ONCE! That's upsetting. I think in his case, it may have moved his game backwards, because he got laid 1 time using another method before switching to direct game. Then I patched his game up last year in Pickup Mansion,, and now he gets laid all the time.

Direct game- works for coaches, gurus, good looking guys, naturals, and game wizards...and for some reason it works a bit better in europe.

Instant Attraction openers- work for newbs, average guys, not-so-good-looking guys, disaster cases, normal/cool guys, and the guys listed above also.
